HDR acquires Quest Engineers Inc.

HDR has acquired Quest Engineers Inc., a full-service engineering firm based in Lexington, KY, with offices in Louisville, KY, and Cincinnati and a staff of 120 people. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Going forward, Quest Engineers will conduct business as HDR/Quest. OMAHA, NE, Feb. 16, 2007 -- HDR, a leading architecture-engineering-consulting firm, has acquired Quest Engineers Inc., a full-service engineering firm based in Lexington, KY, with offices in Louisville, KY, and Cincinnati. The company employs 120 people. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Going forward, Quest Engineers will conduct business as HDR/Quest.
