Indiana wastewater treatment plants earn perfect safety ratings
FORT WASHINGTON, PA, Oct. 14, 2005 -- Two wastewater treatment facilities in Syracuse and LaGrange, Ind., will be awarded the Municipal Safety Award by the Indiana Water Environment Association (IWEA) at the organization's annual conference in November. The Syracuse Wastewater Treatment Plant and the LaGrange Wastewater Treatment Plant, both operated and maintained by Severn Trent Services, earned the rare distinction of achieving perfect scores of 100 in the annual safety assessment conducted by the IWEA...
