Elster AMCO Water announces new director of marketing
OCALA, FL, Jan. 10, 2008 -- Elster AMCO Water Inc., part of the Elster Group, a leading manufacturer and supplier of integrated metering and utilization solutions, recently announced the promotion of Bruce Bharat to director of marketing. Based in Ocala, Florida, and reporting directly to Roman Thomassin, president of Elster AMCO Water, Bharat will lead Elster AMCO Water's marketing division, serving a critical role in supporting Elster AMCO Water's position as a global market leader in solution-based products and services.

Bharat was product marketing manager for AMR/AMI prior to the promotion. As director of marketing, he leads the market implementation of evolution™ AMI, Elster AMCO Water's solutions-based system for the water utility industry. Bharat holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami and his professional experience is in customer quality, operations, marketing, product management and design engineering with specialization in radio communications.

Draft TMDL studies for MA/NH waterbodies available for comment
