LAKEWOOD, CO, Dec. 2, 2010 -- A report released this week says the state government in Colorado must be more involved in developing and promoting water projects there if the state is to provide an adequate supply of water for its growing population. It's estimated that the state's population will grow to 10 million over the next forty years.

The draft report was prepared by a committee studying Colorado's future water needs.
