H2M architects + engineers acquires Crew Engineers Inc.

H2M announced that the Crew Engineers team will operate with a primary focus within H2M’s water, wastewater, environmental and civil engineering disciplines.

H2M architects + engineers (H2M), a multi-disciplinary consulting and design firm, announced that it has acquired Crew Engineers Inc. as of Jan. 27, 2023. Crew Engineers is an engineering firm with solid roots in the engineering profession.

After the acquisition, Crew’s team will continue to reside in their Butler, N.J. office, and will have a primary focus within H2M’s water, wastewater, environmental and civil engineering disciplines.

“Joining a multi-disciplinary firm like H2M allows us to continue providing exceptional professional engineering design services to our current customers, while allowing us to expand our resources and capabilities to allow for more complex projects to both current and new customers,” said Mauro Bacolo, P.E.

Crew Engineers was formed in 1995, with experience going back to 1957. Throughout their history, they have maintained a varied scope of projects and a long, favorable client history.
