Pall appoints two corporate vice presidents

EAST HILLS, NY, Nov. 10, 2005 -- Pall Corp. today named Glen Petaja a corporate vice president with global responsibility for the Pall Advanced Separation Systems (PASS) business. It also announced the promotion of Jeff Seibert to corporate vice president as well with responsibility for Pall's rapidly growing Water Processing business.

Advanced Separation
Petaja has served as president of PASS since its inception in 2002 and will retain that title. He's based in Cortland, N.Y. Systems, which grew over 27% last year, are one of the fastest growing areas for Pall and currently account for about 10% of total worldwide sales.

The PASS division's scope recently was expanded by adding fabrication to its responsibilities for design, procurement and service of all Pall system platforms. By integrating fabrication with engineering, the company anticipates even greater efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Water Processing
Seibert will continue to serve as president of the global Municipal Water business, which is on pace to post another record-setting year. Water processing is the fastest growing business within the company and grew by over 26% this past fiscal year.

He also assumes responsibility for the Industrial Water specialist team and development of the large global desalination market. In addition, he will spearhead Pall's new consumer/commercial water initiative.
