Elias’ extensive experience in the U.S. market will help IDE expand across North America
IDE Technologies, a world leader in water treatment solutions technology, today announced that Dan Elias, attorney, founder and managing partner of Elias Group LLP, was appointed to IDE Americas’ board of directors. Elias founded the law firm, Elias Group, in 1986 and developed it into one of the most reputable business and legal advisory firms in the U.S. water market. On the board, Elias will focus on organic growth and support IDE’s M&A activities.

Elias has more than 30 years of experience in the water sector serving as a board member, business advisor and legal counsel. Elias successfully structured, negotiated and managed the development of hundreds of P3 and industrial projects while completing dozens of domestic and cross border M&A engagements involving companies active in the North American water space.
