Newly expanded line of Plastic Diaphragm Valves are engineered to provide superior handling of difficult media such as corrosive fluids, abrasives and slurries. They also feature a multi-turn design for precise control, can be used for on/off, throttling, high purity, and sanitary service, and are self-draining on one side so that little to no dead volume remains in the valve. A choice of PVC, CPVC, PVDF or PPL valve bodies and EPDM, FPM or PTFE diaphragms is available in manual or actuated models in ½” 10” ANSI flanged, ½” 2” ASTM True Union, and ½” 1” threaded body sizes.

Battery-Operated Actuators
OPEN and CLOSE cylinder valves from the Control Room. ROBO-CONTROL® manufactures battery-operated actuators to remotely open and close hazardous gas cylinder valves such as Chlorine and Sulfur Dioxide. The actuator mounts to the valve without interfering with existing hardware or dispensers. The actuator can communicate with a PLC for SCADA or In-Plant control. Integral leak detection is an option in some actuators. Each actuator has integral display to show actual valve position.
