Water level datalogger

The Levelogger Edge from Solinst is an accurate water level and temperature datalogger that provides water professionals with a compact method of recording uninterrupted, long-term data. It uses a Hastelloy pressure sensor that performs well in high-stress environments, providing 0.05% FS accuracy. It features a stainless steel housing with titanium-based PVD coating for extra corrosion protection. Its battery lasts up to 10 years.

Tanks

Assmann’s Full Drain Outlet (FDO) assembly drains tanks of 2,500 gallons and larger without mechanically installed nozzles, while Assmann’s double wall tanks, from 20 to 8,850 U.S. gallons, eliminate chemical spills without the expense of lined concrete containment. A heavier-top sidewall and dome prevent dome collapse while a primary inner tank and a secondary locked-on outer tank ensures against chemical spills.

Sensor cube for SAC measurement

The SAC sensor cube for SAC assessment with the Bürkert online analysis system provides an important analysis parameter for water preparation. It automatically conducts an optofluidic measurement of the water sample, including all calculations, averaging and corrections and transmits the result - the SAC value of the water - to the EDIP (efficient device integration platform), which enables intelligent networking of all electronic Bürkert devices. The sensor consists of a lamp module with a Xenon flash lamp, a spectroscope and the electronics with integrated software. The software independently induces measuring cycles once the sensor is connected.

Rapid enzyme test

Modern Water has recently launched the QuickChek™ Atrazine, a rapid enzyme immunoassay strip test that produces results in just 10 minutes and is ideal for detecting atrazine in both drinking water and environmental water samples. It has excellent analytical precision with a detection range from just 0.75 ppb to 10 ppb. This technology saves operators and laboratories both time and resources when compared to costly analytical instrumentation that can take over an hour to achieve results. This enables plant operators to take faster corrective action when atrazine levels spike.

NSF/ANSI 61-certified expansion joint

Proco Products has received NSF/ANSI 61 certification on its EPDM Spool-Type expansion joint product line. This certification applies to the following expansion joints in EPDM only: Series 230, 233L/234L, 271, and 231 RC/RE. These certified expansion joints are available in sizes 1” I.D. through 120” I.D. (Note: For sizes less than 8” diameter, no more than one joint per 175 feet of pipe shall be used). All of the certified products will be supplied with labels to identify them as NSF/ANSI 61.

Infusion aerator

Airmaster Aerator’s 25 hp Turbo X-Treme IAT is a powerful, new, high-efficiency infusion aeration technology aerator, designed to provide wastewater treatment plants with maximum mixing and raised dissolved oxygen levels while providing significant energy savings. The new aerator is a high-efficiency, floating/surface aerator that can pump 5,000,000 gallons of water per day. In operation, the aerator disrupts the molecular structure of the wastewater and infuses air into it. The air-infused wastewater is then discharged from both sides of the aerator and mixed from the top of the basin to the bottom, creating a complete mix of air-infused wastewater without increasing the temperature.
