Krausz USA’s HYMAX Clamp quickly and easily repairs holes and longitudinal cracks in water and wastewater pipes. With only two bolts to tighten (length sizes up to 12”), installation is simple and minimizes workers’ time in the ditch. HYMAX CLAMP becomes a permanent part of the pipe that reliably withstands harsh ground conditions offering a durable, long-term repair solution. The weld-free construction and 100% stainless steel body make it extremely tough and resistant to corrosion while the waffle pattern gasket is securely connected with insulated bolts to the body of the clamp.
Stafford Manufacturing Corp.’s custom engineered and manufactured rigid shaft couplings can be modified to solve a wide range of design and load handling issues. Couplings can be manufactured in 1-, 2-, and 3-piece designs from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with various bores to solve a wide range of mating and mounting problems. Featuring axial and annular keyways to transmit torque while retaining lateral motion, their dual-keyed couplings are ideally suited for use with unsupported shafts. Profiles can be made to match light- or heavy-duty applications and sizes from 1/8” to 6” I.D. are available.

Centrifugally cast Hobas pipe works well in water and sewer applications. The fiberglass-reinforced, polymer mortar pipe is inherently corrosion resistant with a life expectancy of 100 years or more. Sections join with push-together, leak-free, gasket-sealed couplings. Non-pressure and pressure classes are manufactured in diameters from 18 to 126 inches. Hobas Pipe USA has earned ISO 14001 certification representing the core set of standards for environmental performance, marking the company’s dedication to environmentally friendly green practices.
The Cretex/Hydratite Internal Pipe Joint Sealing System is a mechanical, trenchless remediation solution for leaking pipe joints consisting of a rubber seal that spans the joint and is held in place by stainless steel bands on either side of the joint. The retaining bands are hydraulically expanded and locked in place, eliminating all possibilities of infiltration, exfiltration or soil migration. These seals can be fitted into irregular-shaped conduits and may be used as end seals on CIPP projects.
Polyethylene Encasement (Polywrap) protects ductile iron pipe, valves, and fittings from corrosion. Protection is achieved by creating a barrier between the corrosive solid and the pipe. The wrap also has a high dielectric strength, making it ideal for protection against stray currents in the ground that also may contribute to premature corrosion. Polywrap is easily installed by the contractor hired to lay the pipe and requires no special training to install and no ongoing maintenance like other corrosion protection methods. Quality of the wrap is strictly maintained by the ANSI/AWWA C105/A21.5 standard.

SIGMA’s One-Lok Series SLDE wedge action restrainer gland for 54-, 60-, and 64-inch ductile iron pipes can serve as a way to re-round large diameter pipes in the field. Larger ductile iron pipes are susceptible to shift in transit and handling, often requiring the use of hydraulic jacks on job sites to restore full roundness and specificity prior to installation. The product provides additional areas to the gland body that contain two sets of three jacking bolts positioned 180 degrees apart. Unlike the hydraulic jack, which operates on the interior of the pipe and can impact the integrity of the lining, the SIGMA One-Lok re-rounding feature functions solely on the exterior wall.
The Victaulic Style 905 Refuse-to-Fuse coupling installs without the need to disassemble the coupling and can be installed using an impact gun or standard socket wrench. Available in 2- to 6-inch sizes, it meets or exceeds the rating of the pipe.
