The CA6 Colorimetric Analyzer from Electro-Chemical Devices provides accurate and reliable measurement of manganese or iron levels in municipal drinking water production. A sequence of sampling, analysis and results processing is performed and repeated using colorimetric methods, using an LED light source and a heated colorimetric cell designed for measuring trace amounts of manganese, iron and other analytes in water. The CA6 Colorimetric Iron Analyzer also is available in three ranges: 0-0.1 mg/L, 0-1.0 mg/L and 0-5.0 mg/L. Weighing less than 40 pounds, it can be wall mounted or simply set on a bench using the optional bench top stand.
Sensorex has expanded its family of water quality and online process transmitters, with four new models. The TX10 pH/ORP and CX10 Conductivity and transmitters offer simple monitoring, while the TX20 pH/ORP and CX20 Conductivity controllers can also be programmed for process control. The TX10 measures pH or ORP and temperature. The CX10 transmitter measures conductivity, resistivity, and temperature. The TX20 monitors pH or ORP, with temperature compensation for accurate measurement and control. The CX20 monitors conductivity or resistivity, also with temperature compensation. Both provide local display of values with relay output for alarm or control of process conditions ideal for use with chemical feed systems.

Val-Matic’s American-BFV® Butterfly Valve is strong, reliable and proven dependable since 1971 with thousands of field installations throughout the world. Features include standard epoxy interior, continuous uninterrupted seating and Tri-Loc™ seat retention system, which allows for field adjustment/replacement without the need for special tools or epoxies. The valve’s disc is constructed of ductile iron for added strength and improved headloss characteristics. Depending on the installation requirements, a variety of actuation options are available.
Digi International’s Digi Connect Sensor is a battery-powered, enterprise-ready, cellular gateway solution for wireless connectivity at locations with either no power or low power. In offering a plug-and-play solution, Connect Sensor allows for remote sensor monitoring to be deployed in environments previously considered too harsh, remote or not economically viable. Featuring integration with Digi Device Cloud, Connect Sensor allows users to offer expanded monitoring capabilities and deliver new levels of visibility. With cellular connectivity at each sensor and low cellular data usage rates, Connect Sensor also eliminates the need to configure local wireless networks and makes it cost effective for data backhaul.
SIGMA’s One-Lok Series SLDE wedge action restrainer gland for 54-, 60-, and 64-inch ductile iron pipes can serve as a way to re-round large diameter pipes in the field. Larger ductile iron pipes are susceptible to shift in transit and handling, often requiring the use of hydraulic jacks on job sites to restore full roundness and specificity prior to installation. SIGMA’s introduction of these three sizes to the market will minimize this costly and cumbersome step. The product provides additional areas to the gland body that contain two sets of three jacking bolts positioned 180 degrees apart. These serve to compress the exterior wall of the pipe and restore its round shape. Unlike the hydraulic jack, which operates on the interior of the pipe and can impact the integrity of the lining, the SIGMA One-Lok re-rounding feature functions solely on the exterior wall.
The new ally™ water meter from Sensus is an integrated three-state valve that enables utilities to remotely turn on water for a new account, turn it off in the event of a leak or reduce the flow. The reduced flow option helps utilities manage high maintenance accounts, write-offs for bad debt and collections. The ally meter’s alarms can also alert utilities when there are empty pipes, reverse flow, leaks and tampering. In addition, the ally meter contains sensors for monitoring pressure at the service connection. When used with the Sensus® Smart Gateway Sensor Interface and Sensus Essential Water Analytics, utilities can create a map of the complete service area.
The new MARS Meter Management (M3) 2016 Enterprise Software Suite is a collection of custom-designed software packages that allow customers to capture valuable meter testing data based on their individual meter testing programs. Custom reporting, extensive data exporting features, and browser-based access allow multiple departments to have the power of data analytics to improve customer service, implement operational improvements, and make informed purchasing decisions. Packages are designed to be modular and scalable The Software Suite is comprised of the Core Platform Software and two optional software packages, the Advanced Connectivity Module and the Custom Test, Reporting & Export Module.
Deep Trekker’s DT340 Portable Pipe Crawler is a steerable pipe inspection tool. The system can operate both in dry and wet pipes, and is submersible up to 50 meters (164 feet). It is also 100% portable. The units are battery powered, with rechargeable lithium-ion batteries contained within the system. The batteries last between 6-8 hours on a single 1.5 hour charge. The DT340 can be used to perform pipeline inspections without limiting the direction and scope of the tool.
