The flange rings are manufactured from glass reinforced PVC composite. Sizes 18", 20" and 24" flange hubs are formed of PVC pipe as a single piece construction containing no cement or hand welding, along with a cast ductile iron back-up ring with a baked-on polyester resin coating. The iron ring design eliminates the need for bolt retightening.
