Algae- wastewater treatment
Oldcastle Precast, a manufacturer of precast and polymer concrete products, has signed an exclusive agreement with Indianapolis based Algaewheel Technologies LLC to sell Algaewheel technology as part of its wastewater treatment systems. The system uses algae and bacteria to treat wastewater. It replaces the bacteria process step in traditional wastewater treatment. The rest of the treatment process and facility remain identical.
