PASADENA, CA, Aug. 25, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Robert Grim has been appointed managing director of Parsons Engineering Limited (PEL) based in Cork, Ireland. PEL specializes in design-build projects at process and water treatment facilities for clean industries, including pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing, food and beverage, and fine chemical production. PEL's focus is Europe, the Middle East, and the continent of Africa. Bob will be responsible for expanding the project and program management capabilities of PEL.

Mr. Grim has over 20 years' experience in operations and business management, program/project management, and in the planning, management, and design of telecommunication, pharmaceutical, industrial, government, and commercial projects. His experience includes being the Chief Operating Officer of Parsons Commercial Technology Group; President of EXi Parsons, a telecommunication company; managing multiple EPC contracts; preparing capital expenditure requests for facility modernization; and all areas of design.
