VANCOUVER, BC, Canada, Jan. 5, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Wataire Industries Inc. is pleased to announce it has executed an agreement with Water Udyog, a company incorporated in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Under the terms of this contract Water Udyog has placed an order for three containers (960 units) of Wataires Atmospheric Generator.
Immediately upon receiving the initial order Water Udyog will then order 10 containers per month for a period of three years to complete the requirements of the contract. Wataire Industries has received the deposit required to execute the agreement. This contract will initiate gross sales of about US$18 million per year to the company.
Wataire Industries will be sending representatives to Kolkata during the latter part of January to conduct press conferences regarding this contract on behalf of Water Udyog.
Further to the company's previous press release the manufacturing facility is in fact 72,000 square feet. The company will be implementing 36,000 square feet allowing needed room for expansion.
Wataire is continuing its filing status to become a fully reporting company.
