BSI2000 signs deal with CyberCountry Systems for Maxx-Net technical support

DENVER, Sept. 12, 2005 (PRNewswire-FirstCall) -- BSI2000 Inc., a developer of high-end security systems for commercial and governmental use, announced today that it has signed a strategic partnership with CyberCountry Systems LLC of Denver to provide technical and engineering support for its newly acquired Maxx-Net™ product line.

Maxx-Net is a complete access control suite of products that incorporates multiple functions necessary in today's high-risk environment. With a 50,000 card reader capacity and a guaranteed transaction time of less than a second, it is one of the most powerful access control systems employed anywhere in the world. The system is currently protecting high-value economic infrastructure such as "Category X" international airports, water treatment facilities, prison/detention centers, corporate buildings and many others.

CyberCountry brings its engineering and technical staff to the BSI2000 team. Mert Larsen, Sheldon Berndtson, Karl Fellman and Damon Dageenakis have been fully involved with the Maxx-Net product line since its inception 15 years ago. CyberCountry has provided maintenance and enhancement services for the system as a third party to many customers over the past several years. According to the agreement, all engineering and technical services will now pass through BSI2000.
