HERTEN, Germany, Aug. 31, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Aqua Society Inc. has received a EUR 2.1 million [US$2.62 million] order from Animox GmbH to construct a facility that processes waste meat and bone meal products to produce amino acids and peptides.
This facility will incorporate membrane filtration and vacuum technologies with which employees and consultants have considerable experience. The order calls for the facility to be constructed over a period of nine months, with payment to be provided by Animox upon the completion of certain conditions.
Aqua Society will receive 20% of the construction fee upon obtaining approval from the necessary regulatory authorities, 40% upon delivery of all component parts, 30% upon completion of a successful test operation and the remaining 10% after the facility has been successfully operating for a continuous six month period.
