CRYSTAL CITY, TX, June 6, 2005 (PRNewswire-FirstCall) -- Ecoloclean Industries Inc. announced it has signed a "Revenue Sharing Agreement" with A.B. Dock Company of Cameron, La.

This agreement calls for World Environmental Technologies Inc. (WET), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ecoloclean, to establish a permanent wastewater treatment facility at A.B. Dock's receiving and servicing station located in Cameron. A.B. Dock currently assists several offshore rig operators and provides peripheral services to satisfy the needs of those offshore operators. Pending implementation by governmental organizations due to the ever expanding environmental issues, it will soon be mandated that any gray water (wash water) or bilge water resulting from normal offshore operations will not be permitted to be returned back into the environment prior to a remediation process. The permanent wastewater facility, to be established by WET at A.B. Dock's Cameron location, will have tanks to receive any wastewater from offshore operators and will utilize its electrocoagulation process, (EC units), as well as other specialized remediation equipment to facilitate the cleansing process. Once run through the system/facility, the treated wastewater can be safely returned back into the environment.

Royis Ward, President and CEO of Ecoloclean Industries, Inc., said, "As we refine operations and expand our horizons, additional niche markets continue to present themselves and we are fortunate to have the tools and necessary infrastructure to take advantage of these opportunities as they arise. Ecoloclean is currently searching potential locations to establish two additional facilities that will provide the same remediation capabilities as the one at A.B. Dock in Cameron. We believe the remediation marketplace, as it relates to offshore operators, provides us several opportunities to demonstrate the effectiveness of our remediation equipment and further augment our scope of business while establishing our presence in this market. We will continue to provide the best available technologies to our customers and look forward to integrating our techniques into markets where our services will be required and compliant with state and federal laws."

Additional information regarding this agreement will be forthcoming in SEC filings by the Company.

Ecoloclean Industries Inc. (www.ecoloclean.com) is the parent company of three wholly owned subsidiaries: Ecoloclean Inc., World Environmental Technologies Inc., and Reliant Drilling Systems Inc. Utilizing various remediation techniques and technologies, Ecoloclean Industries provides environmental waste remediation to treat and remove impurities in contaminated and/or polluted liquids and solids for a variety of industries including, but not limited to, refineries, paper mills, petroleum and petrochemical industries. It has merged equipment and personnel in its subsidiaries to maximize the utilization of company resources. ECCI continues to seek technologies and procedures that will offer its clients the safest and most cost effective technologies available in the marketplace.
