American Water Vice President John Young's term on the council will span May 31 until Dec. 31, 2007. This is Young's second term serving on the NDWAC. While holding this position, his responsibilities include meeting with other experts in the drinking water community to gather and assess information and provide advice to the EPA on policies related to water quality and safety, as well as development of drinking water regulations...
