Two leading odor control companies will unite technologies, products, and scientific leadership. TORONTO, Canada, Dec. 9, 2005 -- Two leading odor control companies announced a powerhouse merger of technologies, products, and scientific leadership on Dec. 1. Hydralogic Systems, Ecolo Odor Control Systems, and NuTech Environmental have merged under a new Division of HydraLogic Systems -- HLS Ecolo.

The new venture unites Ecolo's Worldwide airSolution™ Distribution Network and NuTech's line of engineered products for topical, vapor, and incorporated odor solutions -- with HydraLogic Systems breakthrough AirStreme™ System and BioStreme Micronutrient formulations and their dynamic patent-base and product development capabilities. In addition to the newly consolidated product line, distributors will gain immediate access to HLS Ecolo's HydraLease Program, which provides capital equipment financing so that dealers and distributors can offer clients Service-Based Solutions structured around off-balance-sheet monthly odor control contracts.

HLS Ecolo will provide dealers and distributors in all 37 countries with comprehensive marketing support that includes: product training around packaged odor solutions for industrial, commercial and institutional operators; brochures; advertising; trade show support; and expedited order fulfillment. The aggressive program is expected to attract new dealers anxious to expand revenues from current and undeveloped markets.
