Big Bear wastewater agency wins national water reuse award
BIG BEAR CITY, CA, Oct. 10, 2005 -- The WateReuse Association has awarded the Big Bear Area Regional Wastewater Agency (BBARWA) its Public Education Program of the Year Award BBARWA officials announced today. CoolBrands, Ecovation to break ground on new wastewater facility
VICTOR, NY, Oct. 10, 2005 -- CoolBrands Dairy Inc. will break ground on a new waste stream pretreatment and renewable energy production facility on Friday, Oct. 14 at 12:00 p.m. at its North Lawrence, N.Y., facility located at 22 County Route 52. The company has partnered with Ecovation Inc., Victor, N.Y., a leading provider of customized wastewater treatment solutions, to design, build and operate the plant.

Florida DEPs groundwater and underground injection control regulations apply to these EHC products when they are used for the in situ remediation of groundwater, or the in situ remediation of soil from which the chemical constituents of the products could leach into the underlying groundwater.
