KANSAS CITY, MO, April 5, 2005 -- DST International (DSTi) Billing, a provider of customer management and open billing solutions to the utility industry, announced that Tendring Hundred Water Services Co., part of Veolia Environment, is now live with HiAffinity.
Tendring Hundred outgrew its legacy system and selected HiAffinity's CIS, Business Rules Module and Executive reporting as the platform to maintain existing high levels of customer service it provides to over 70,000 domestic and commercial properties in eastern England.

The implementation of Tendring was a quick process. Once agreed, the project took only eight months to complete -- very much shorter than the implementation time expected for projects of this size. Tendring is located in Manningtree, England.
Tendring Hundred Water Services (www.thws.co.uk) provides water services to 65,000 homes and 5,000 businesses in the Tendring Peninsula in north-east Essex, including the towns of Brightlingsea, Clacton-on-Sea, Frinton, and Harwich.
