Mitchke chosen as new MIOX president, Herrington promoted
ALBUQUERQUE, NM, April 14, 2005 -- Curtis M. Mitchke was appointed president of MIOX Corp. on April 4. MIOX Corporation is an expert in on-site generation of mixed oxidants and hypochlorite for water disinfection, with over 1,200 units installed worldwide.
Mitchke has been working with the MIOX technology for 13 years, and most recently served as the vice president of finance and operations. He also has worked in international sales, purchasing, customer service, and engineering. A graduate cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with an MBA in finance and international business, he also holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with minors in physics and computer science from Gonzaga University.
Another MIOX veteran Rodney Herrington has been promoted to executive vice president of research and engineering. Herrington was involved in the early development of the mixed-oxidant technology at MIOX's sister company, Los Alamos Technical Associates Inc. (LATA). He's responsible for development and design of all MIOX products, and holds a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering and a master's degree in mechanical engineering, both from Texas A&M University.
EBI Consulting welcomes Richard J. Malone, P.E.

Ex-Assistant Secretary for Homeland Security to head American Beverage Association
WASHINGTON, DC, April 12, 2005 (PRNewswire) -- Ralph D. Crowley, board chairman of the American Beverage Association (ABA), announced Susan Neely, former Assistant Secretary (Public Affairs) for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has been appointed president of the association. She succeeds William L. Ball, III, who served as the association's president from 1989 until March 2005.

Southwest Water promotes Clary to CFO
