HOUSTON, Feb. 10, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Theodore W. Kassinger, deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce, recently presented Michele LaNoue, president and CEO of Headworks Inc., with the Export Achievement Certificate at a ceremony in Houston.

The Export Achievement Certificate is presented annually to small and mid-sized companies, in which exports increase consistently and account for a significant portion of the company's revenue.
