Vinyl double containment piping system
The Double-See® Vinyl Double Containment Piping System is a pressure-rated system with a primary (inner) and secondary (outer) pipe designed for safely transporting hazardous liquids. Double-See is available in sizes from ½” x 2” to 6” x 10” in both PVC and CPVC; either material may be primary or secondary (PVC × PVC, CPVC × PVC, CPVC × CPVC) with Clear PVC always an option for the containment pipe. The system provides a complete selection of pipe, fittings, leak detection and access tees, closure couplings and termination fittings. Other important features include a 3D thermal expansion compensation centralizer, and a valve-in-valve design that provides full pressure rating in the containment piping. The system’s patented closure coupling allows practical conformance to ASME B31.3 test requirement for visual inspection of all primary joint connections during the pressure test before closing the secondary piping joint. Stainless-steel diamond filter
INVENT Umwelt- und Verfahrenstechnik AG has developed the iFILT-diamond filter that has been constructed especially for the separation of solids from fluids as the next treatment phase after secondary sedimentation. It removes the smallest suspended solids that are still present in wastewater, for example activated sludge flakes, microplastics, precipitation flakes after phosphorus reduction or powdered activated carbon. The iFILT-diamond filter consists of one or more filter wheels, backwash unit, enclosure and tray. The filter discs are directly mechanically connected without the additional usage of a central pipe. They are equipped with high-quality, stainless steel, high-performance filter cloth with pore sizes varying between 10 and 100 μm. remote online Monitored pipe system
The 3L Leak Control System is a pipe system featuring permanent or intermittent monitoring and designed to report any damages that might occur as well as to indicate the location of the damage even on a mains-independent basis. This type of monitored pipe system provides remote online inspection and control via the Internet, thus enabling operators to take action quickly if required, according to egeplast. It provides 100-percent leakage monitoring for soil and water protection. Even in the event of very minor damages, the monitoring unit connected to the pipe will trigger an alarm. Reports can be made either directly to the control centre or to a smartphone or can be viewed online.
