Hyper-X is very compact in design compared with a conventional dryer, guaranteed at 90% dry solids (ds) maximum, high-dry, non-dust cake-off. Other benefits include low investment costs, low operating costs, low energy consumption, a safety management system, easy to operate and environmentally friendly operating mode and a quiet and quick on-site installation. A new concept and high-benefitting evaporation drying system means less maintenance in the long term.

Hyper-X, from the base model, "SINGLE(HPXs)", is a specially designed dewatering and evaporating dryer that can be retrofitted to the backend of an existing conventional dewatering device. Specially designed for a new setup, "BUILT-IN(HPXb)" is a SINGLE(HPXs) with built-in belt-press.

SINGLE HYPER-X (HPXs) - 2nd Evaporation-Dry System

HPXs is a compact second stage dryer to further dewater, evaporate and dry cake from existing conventional dehydrator (belt presses, filter presses, screw presses, centrifuges, decanter or gravity dehydrator etc.). Therefore, HPXs can be easily used in conjunction with the backend of any existing conventional dehydrator. Depending on the sludge character, the final detachment of cake's dehydration ratio can reach up to more than 90% ds by Sludge Discharge conveyor (SDC) and Natural Ventilation Dryer (NVD).

BUILT-in Hyper-X (Belt Press Built-in: HPXb)-for New Setup Plant Built-in Hyper-X(HPXb) is a new concept that combines the efficiency of a dehydration belt press mounted in the front section of the Single HPX(HPXs), which has a high rate of dehydration, evaporation drying system.

Approximately 1~5%ds of the primary sludge from thickener is supplied to the HPXb and the front section belt press of the HPXb gets approximately 15~20%ds of 1st Cake. Automatically supplied as part of the second stage, the SINGLE HPXs get 40%ds~90%ds. Inlet to outlet is operated continuously and according to sludge character, the final detachment of the cake can achieve more than 90%ds by the Sludge discharge Conveyor (SDC) and the Natural Ventilation Dryer(NVD) devices.
