Professor Paul Jeffrey speaks to WWi magazine on why the Water Reuse Europe (WRE) association was launched and what's needed to drive water reclamation across the continent, which he describes as a sleeping giant.
It was back in October 2016 when the association launched, stating that it expects water reuse to grow 20% across Europe.
