AMWS signs contract for expanded manufacturing and distribution

American Water Star Inc. has signed a new co-packing agreement with Silver Creek Bottling, Melrose Park, Ill.

LAS VEGAS, Aug. 28, 2002 -- American Water Star Inc. has signed a new co-packing agreement with Silver Creek Bottling, Melrose Park, Ill.

Silver Creek Bottling anticipates shipping its first truckloads of Geyser products (85% owned subsidiary of AMWS) this month, immediately filling the need to cost-effectively and efficiently service the greater Midwest region.

"This is a major milestone for AMWS. Having the East, West and now the Midwest, provides a strategic manufacturing and distribution platform from which to market our products on a cost-competitive basis while at the same time expanding our production capabilities," stated Roger Mohlman, President of AMWS.
