In addition, the City of San Diego Water Department will offer customers Instant Activation, Online Enrollment Assistance, and an online walk-through demo to ensure enrollment in the new electronic billing service is a positive and user-friendly experience. The EBPP solution is scheduled to be available to the city's customers this fall.
