Through WebEx, a web-based technology provider, flexidata will have an on-line presence to present real-time, live product demonstrations. The demonstrations will allow the viewer to experience flexidata hands-on from their own computer utilizing their dial-up Internet connection and telephone for voice communication with the demonstration facilitator.
The flexidata facilitator can "turn over the reins" to the viewer and give them the opportunity to input data and explore the program just as if the application were installed on their own desktop.
Unlike a typical CD-ROM demo disk, the personalized interactivity of the WebEx site, along with the ability to query the facilitator as a demo progresses, makes this format highly customer-driven and offers decision makers a more effective and efficient method for evaluating what modules and flexidata products are right for their specific situations.
The flexidata WebEx site, http://flexidata.webex.com, will also be offering existing customers on-line product tutorials, instructor led training classes and an effective way to work one-on-one with technical support technicians to efficiently troubleshoot software and project issues.
Seminars and training classes on a variety of topics will be offered multiple times so that participants can sign up and attend time slots that best fit their schedules.
