N-Viro and Warren, Ohio reach settlement

N-Viro International Corp. announced today that the lawsuit by N-Viro International Corp. against the City of Warren, Ohio, for patent infringement has been settled.

TOLEDO, Ohio, Oct. 25, 2000 (PRNewswire) — N-Viro International Corp. announced today that the lawsuit by N-Viro International Corp. against the City of Warren, Ohio, for patent infringement has been settled.

In the settlement, the city will pay the biosolids processing company a one-time fee and N-VIRO will agree to a covenant not to sue the city or its current "Nature's Blend" trademark licensee for any practices that involve the patents in suit.
