DENVER, Colo., March 14, 2003 -- Southwestern Water Exploration Co. (SWWE) announced that it will be doing business as Aqua4, Inc.
The company intends to present a proposal to change the official name at its next annual shareholders meeting.
Tor Boswick, Aqua4's chief executive officer, said the name change is the first step in an ongoing and far-reaching strategy to better position the company in the burgeoning water exploration and development market.
"We're making the transition to a name that's more descriptive of what we're all about," Boswick said. "Our mission is to use our technological, scientific and human capital to help address the growing water crisis not only in this region, but throughout the nation and the world.
