Three Valleys Water goes live with HiAffinity

Three Valleys Water, part of Veolia Environment UK, have completed their migration from Custima to the HiAffinity customer care and billing system from DST International Billing (DSTi Billing).

London, Dec. 4, 2003 -- Three Valleys Water, part of Veolia Environment UK, have completed their migration from Custima to the HiAffinity customer care and billing system from DST International Billing (DSTi Billing).

Three Valleys Water have been users of Custima for around eight years and the move of their 1.35 million customers to HiAffinity was achieved over the recent long holiday weekend. Three Valleys are making use of HiAffinity's Business Rules Engine in order to streamline the company's processes and achieve greater productivity.

Simon Patterson, COO of DSTi Billing said, "We are very pleased that Three Valleys Water have migrated to HiAffinity. They are one of our oldest and largest customers and we are delighted that they have become a showcase site for our Business Rules Engine".
