May 20, 2003 -- In 2002, David H. Paul, Inc. released 43 water treatment computer based training CDs. Now as the international training company celebrates their 15th anniversary, they have added online testing for those CDs making them an even greater value for those companies looking to cut travel costs.
David H. Paul, Inc. (DHP) is traditionally known for hosting reverse osmosis training seminars throughout the country each year. The company also offers products and even a correspondence program for water treatment professionals looking for the "stay-at-home" approach to training.
The goal of the CDs, and now the new testing addition, was to offer a training option that allows participants to stay on-site and work on them as time allows. Companies see the value in them for learning libraries or for centralized training with built-in progress reports.
DHP's Sales & Marketing Director, Shawntay Wolfe-Martinez, says that the company and their clients are excited about the upgrade. "We work with companies everyday that have been seeking water treatment training formats for group learning. These CDs provide a group learning option plus, the new testing feature offers real-time automatic responses between the employee and the supervisor."
Computer Based Training CDs can be purchased individually or as a site license. The testing option is part of the site license agreement and offers one test per module.
At the end of each module, the participant is sent his/her score. This score is also sent to the supervisor automatically and the supervisor then determines if DHP is notified to process a certificate of completion.
