Desalitech announces partnership with Pall Corporation

Boston, MA., Feb. 3, 2016 – Desalitech, a leader in high-efficiency reverse osmosis (RO) systems, today announced that it has entered into a partnership with Pall Corporation, a global leader in filtration, separation and purification technologies. This non-exclusive agreement will allow the companies to offer integrated microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF) and RO solutions for water treatment applications around the globe.

As water scarcity and regulatory requirements increase, customers require higher quality purified water from more challenging sources. Integrated membrane solutions that incorporate both low and high pressure membranes are becoming a gold standard for industrial water and wastewater applications. Municipalities also look to integrated membrane systems to remove bacteria, salts and contaminants from public water supplies.

Desalitech RO systems have been in use in commercial water treatment applications since 2009. They operate at maximum recovery rates, reducing wastewater by 50 to 75 percent and energy consumption by up to 35 percent, resulting in significant operating cost savings.
