CTBK, established in 1951, provides a full range of services including feasibility studies, conceptual and detailed design, and contract supervision to a broad set of public and private clients in Poland, throughout the Central European region, and in the Middle East. Its core business sectors include water and wastewater facilities and infrastructure, power generating plants, hospitals, and other public buildings, as well as automation and control.

CTBK will continue to operate in its central European markets as CTBK Ekotechnika, with 100-percent ownership by CDM Sp. z o.o., CDM's registered entity in Poland.

The acquisition further enhances CDM's operations in Europe, which now include 20 offices in Ireland, Germany, and Poland.
