Don Evans, a 35-year CH2M HILL executive, has been designated Vice Chair and Chief Marketing Officer of CH2M HILL Companies Ltd. Lasswell will be responsible for the firm's Transportation and Water business groups, along with CH2M HILL OMI, the Operations Maintenance business group. A professional engineer with three decades of leadership at CH2M HILL, including prior service as President of CH2M HILL OMI, Lasswell also is a member of the firm's board of directors. The Civil Infrastructure Group is one of four primary client groups across the firm.

Elisa Speranza is President of CH2M HILL OMI, succeeding Lasswell. She joins CH2M HILL OMI from the firm's Water Business Group, where she spearheaded many successful teams and initiatives over the past seven years. Her recognized leadership in the North American water profession, coupled with her earlier roles in public utility management and in consulting, gives her a unique blend of experience that directly aligns with CH2M HILL OMI's mission to deliver innovative utility, community and environmental solutions to municipalities, communities and companies. She is active in a number of industry associations, including serving as vice president of global nonprofit Water For People.

Bob Bailey is President of the Water Business Group, succeeding Tom Searle who has been appointed President and Group Chief Executive, International. A 23-year employee of CH2M HILL, Bailey most recently led the firm's southeast region, responsible for all water, transportation, environmental and infrastructure consulting, design and construction services for clients in 11 states. He also spearheaded efforts to expand the firm's water business portfolio to clients by introducing design-build services. CH2M HILL's Water Business Group employs about 2,000 people and completes more than 4,000 projects each year. Bailey also serves on CH2M HILL's board of directors.
