National Wetlands Award deadline extended

The deadline for submitting nominations for the 2008 National Wetlands Awards Program has been extended to Jan. 31. The awards program honors individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to the conservation and restoration of our nation's wetlands. WASHINGTON, DC, Jan. 14, 2008 -- The deadline for submitting nominations for the 2008 National Wetlands Awards Program has been extended to Jan. 31. The awards program honors individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to the conservation and restoration of our nation's wetlands.
