WEST YORKSHIRE, UK, Sept. 18, 2008 -- Milbury Systems, part of Eleco plc, has designed and produced over seven hundred 80mm thick baffle wall panels which it is currently installing in six aeration tanks at Spen Waste Water Treatment Works in West Yorkshire, for ETM4. The company has installed its prestressed concrete H columns and baffle wall panels in wastewater treatment works throughout the country, completing six contracts for AMP4 over the last two years.
The system, which is fast to install, durable and flexible, is effective in assisting water companies to meet their regulatory treatment targets.
Milbury has a precast concrete production plant sited in Lydney, Gloucester and is equipped to supply the majority of its own precast concrete requirements.
