• 6,000 water professionals gather in Singapore for inaugural event
DENVER, 20 June, 2008 -- CH2M HILL, a global full-service engineering, procurement, construction, and operations firm, today announced that it will share its expertise and projects during the Singapore International Water Week to be held 23-27 June. The firm is serving as a founding sponsor for the inaugural conference.
More than 6,000 water professionals and elected officials from around the globe will address challenges, showcase technologies, discover opportunities and celebrate achievements in the water world by exploring the theme of "Sustainable Water Solutions for Cities." The event will include the Water Leaders Summit, Water Convention, Water Expo and Water Festival.
CH2M HILL will share its expertise in desalination, membrane technology, and water and wastewater design, construction and operations through case study presentations, including:

Lisa Henthorne, president of the International Desalination Association and a CH2M HILL vice president, and Tom Searle, CH2M HILL's president of international operations, will participate in the Water Leaders Summit. Comprising four separate discussion sessions, the summit aims to achieve active exchanges amongst the panel and water industry leaders.
