CHESTERFIELD, MO, Oct. 20, 2008 -- Insituform announced during WEFTEC -- the annual Water Environment Federation's Technical Exhibition and Conference -- it has signed an agreement with CCI Spectrum Inc. making Insituform the exclusive independent sales representative for SpectraShield® Liner Systems, a product of CCI Spectrum Inc.

The patented SpectraShield® Liner System is used for the rehabilitation of manholes and other wastewater structures, such as lift stations and wastewater treatment plants. The system can also be used in industrial applications and developed into a platform for the drinking water market. Benefits of SpectraShield® Liner Systems include a 100-year design life, elimination of infiltration and exfiltration, increased structural integrity, corrosion prevention and fast installation.
