NEW ORLEANS, LA, Feb. 21, 2008 -- PerkinElmer is hosting a Water Consortium with key industry thought leaders in New Orleans on Sunday, March 2 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Marriott New Orleans at the Convention Center, 859 Convention Center Blvd.

The consortium will focus on discussing the issues, challenges and importance of protecting water today and in the future. This event is part of PerkinElmer's EcoAnalytixTM revolutionary problem-solving initiative that addresses the global imperatives of food and consumer product safety, water quality and sustainable energy development to create a healthy and safe environment.
