water treatment chemical and engineering services for the Eastern United States, U.S. Water's acquisition includes the corporate headquarter and production facility in Aberdeen, Md., and surrounding sales territories. Accordingly, the acquisition, located in Maryland and servicing the Philadelphia, DC, Delaware, and Maryland area, will further enhance the Watechem's product offerings as well as add
pathogen control capabilities and extend U.S. Water's national footprint.
