MANCHESTER, UK, Dec. 15, 2008 -- Mono NOV, Europe's leading designer and manufacturer of pumps, parts, grinders, screens and packaged systems, has won a 12 month joint framework agreement with Yorkshire Water to supply progressing cavity pumps, parts and ancillary equipment.
Yorkshire Water, the main subsidiary of Kelda Water Limited, supplies 4.7 million people and 140,000 businesses in the Yorkshire region with 1.24 billion liters of drinking water every day.
With more than 700 water and waste water treatment works, 120 reservoirs and 40,000 miles of water and sewerage pipe, Yorkshire Water also collects and treats in the region of one billion liters of waste water each day returning it safely to the environment.
