Jan. 20, 2009 -- The People's Choice Awards return to the National Nonpoint and Stormwater Outreach Conference this May, so don't miss out! The gala awards night will be a special event on May 13th that will spotlight exceptional radio and video public service announcements (PSAs). Show off your special effects, humor, and drama in PSAs with nonpoint source and stormwater messages by entering them in the second-ever People's Choice Awards! The top entries across multiple categories will be selected for presentation at the gala. Awards will be given to the PSAs that receive the greatest audience response in each category. All Conference attendees are invited to attend the People's Choice Awards and cheer for their favorites!
Eligibility
• Governments, nonprofits, regional coalitions, and individuals of all ages are encouraged to enter.
• PSA finalists from the 1st People's Choice Awards in 2005 are not eligible.
• PSAs should be 60 seconds in length or less.
• Award winners will be announced on May 13, 2009 during the 5th National Nonpoint Source and Stormwater Outreach Conference in Portland, Oregon. You do not have to be present to win.
• Submissions must be received by March 2, 2009.
How to Enter

PSA Electronic Submissions:
Submissions will be accepted via e-mail and ftp sites. Contact Jack Wilbur at (801) 538-7098 or [email protected] before sending the PSA to ensure that the PSA file size and quality will be appropriate.
PSA Hardcopy Submissions:
Submissions will be accepted on CD and DVD. Please note that CD and DVD submissions will not be returned. Submissions should be sent to:
