• Bulk water blue print for Arabian Gulf falling into place
SAN ANTONIO, TX, Dec. 22, 2009 -- S2C Global Systems Inc., a bulk exporter of natural water and supplier of water distribution technologies, received the first memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the Arabian Gulf from a private sector group out of Iraq.
The MOU covers all of the components required to develop storage, processing and distribution for up to 79 Million US Gallons per month and includes the S2C's supply agreement. The actual quantity contracted for may be a different amount after the market size is fully determined through a feasibility study contemplated in the MOU. The MOU established fast tracking all due diligence and moving through to a formal supply agreement within 20 business days. Additionally the private sector group will open governmental channels in Iraq to facilitate smooth delivery of the waters to the people in Iraq.
The private sector group will directly own 50% of the facilities built with other partners owning the rest. This MOU is consistent with the Companies plans to develop an offloading facility in Fujairah, UAE for the very large class water ships.
