HILLIARD, OH, March 1, 2006 -- In another step that takes it closer to meeting its strategic growth objectives, Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) Inc. is opening up a new production facility in Phoenix, AZ. Service will officially begin later this summer, with a grand opening celebration scheduled for early September.
