ADS acquires DWC Technologies

HUNTSVILLE, AL, Dec. 4, 2006 -- ADS LLC announced today the acquisition of DWC Technologies, a wastewater flow service provider, headquartered in Birmingham, AL. DWC offers leading edge technologies and services for utility location, mapping, inspection, evaluation, and flow monitoring.
