ADELAIDE, Australia, Nov. 3, 2010 -- A new AUS $1 million study will look at turning recycled stormwater into drinking water in Salisbury.

The State Government last week approved the three-year study to see if water from Salisbury Council's wetlands could be filtered to safe drinking standards on a mass scale.

Previously, the government criticized Opposition plans to turn stormwater into drinking water by building a $3 million treatment plant at Parafield.
