Koch Membrane Systems hires new water, wastewater systems technical director

John Koch joins KMS Municipal & Industrial Groups

WILMINGTON, MA, March 27, 2007 -- Koch Membrane Systems Inc. (KMS), a world-class developer and manufacturer of high quality membranes and membrane filtration systems, has hired John Koch as MBR technical director. In this role, Koch will be responsible for the promotion and sale of submerged membrane bioreactor (MBR) modules used in water and wastewater treatment.

Koch, who is not related to the owners, joins KMS with more than 15 years experience in wastewater treatment, and an extensive background in biological wastewater treatment systems including design, start-up, and troubleshooting. Prior to KMS, Koch worked as the MBR product manager at ITT/Sanitaire, where he played a crucial role in promoting the MBR process along with other water reuse technologies.
